What is TELEPOS?
Telephone billing service has been designed, produced and successfully implemented in the internal beta testing phase, in order to provide a new option along with other existing ports such as IPG, MPG, and limited payment portals.
This service is a multi-purpose payment port with the ability to request purchases from the buyer’s side as well as the receiver, and it is easy to integrate with existing business tools such as sales outlets and call centres with a view to the service-centrist architecture.
In this service, the payment process is executed after making a phone call between the final buyer and the TELEPOS server. In this process, a brief description of the purchase, including the title of the product / service, the merchant profile and the amount of the goods / services, is initially read to the buyer, and the user will press the button 5 when approving the precursor.
After that, the cardholder requests the card information and after payment, the payment success is announced to the buyer telephone. Also, if the payment is unsuccessful, the payment order is announced to the buyer. And similarly through the Web Server, the recipient will be notified of the success or failure of payment.
The main actors of this service are:
- The buyer who pays the transaction amount.
- The receiver who receives the transaction amount.
- Telirco, which provides voice and service infrastructure to the recipients.
- Payment switch that checks transaction information and performs transaction.
- Upstream and downstream organs such as Shaparak or the Central Bank
The main communication between the first four actors is depicted in the following figure.
Benefits of Voice Payment Port
The main advantage of this service is filling out a vacuum in the field of frequent payments, such as monthly charges, subscriptions or installments. At present, the cost of second and subsequent buyer payments is comparable to that of the buyer’s first payment. The reason for this is the marketing and promotional costs necessary to drag the user to the shopping area at any time.
In this area, the payback system of the country is so high that many apps have gone back to the value-added system to pay off and are willing to pay 30 to 70 percent of their revenue with it as a gateway. With the ability to start the receiver, the teleprompter can fill the gap in the pay gap and reduce the costs of second payments and subsequent payments to buyers to a large extent.
Another benefit of this service is the availability of it everywhere in the real sense. Other ports require smartphones, computers or the Internet to function, but this approach is available to all smartphone or feature phone buyers independent of their Internet connection.
Another key feature of this system, which will help its early scale ability in its early stages, is the ability to integrate with call centre systems and in-store boxes. Since the implementation architecture of the system is service-oriented and open API, at the lowest cost on the side of third parties, such as the software provider of the call centre and the sales outlets, a large number of receivers can connect to this port.
The revenue model of this business is based on the receipts from the receiver. The fee is twofold:
1- A percentage of the transaction from the transaction place with the amount of floor and ceiling specified. For example, a percentage of a transaction with a floor of 200 USD and a ceiling of 1000 USD is defined. Or
2- A fixed amount per transaction and in advance, the transaction capacity is taken from the receiver’s side. For example, for example, the commission fee for each transaction is set at 500 USD, and the assumed receivables, which request 10 thousand transactions, will redeem 5 million tomans, and at the end of it will again redeem the transaction capacity.
All businesses currently using Internet payment terminals and command-line codes, as well as the on-site sales model using a reader, are potential customers of the TELEPOS
At present, customers in the Voice of the Commodity Vendors with the on-site payment model and businesses that sell at their Call Center, such as Travel Agents, are customers of this service and have expressed their passion for using this service.
Internet businesses, especially those with frequent monthly payments, are thirsty for such a service.
Another major category of banks and financial institutions is to improve the performance of customer settlement payments. At the moment, reminder calls are made to the recipients of the facility, which, after the call has ended, will require the client to pay to a payment port, which will increase the likelihood of failure or at least postponement of payment, while if the user can be contacted at the same call The transaction led to a high probability of success.
Another bundle of customers at TELEPOS is micro businesses such as supermarkets, hairdressers, doctors’ offices and the like, so that the buyer contacts the receiver to receive an uncommitted purchase or purchase.
Telirco assumes software, payment processing, product management, technical support and product marketing.
The payment company undertakes a transaction after receiving the transaction information and managing the related legal affairs and extending the service through the receiver network.
