What is TELEPOS?

Telephone billing service has been designed, produced and successfully implemented in the internal beta testing phase, in order to provide a new option along with other existing ports such as IPG, MPG, and limited payment portals.

This service is a multi-purpose payment port with the ability to request purchases from the buyer’s side as well as the receiver, and it is easy to integrate with existing business tools such as sales outlets and call centres with a view to the service-centrist architecture.

In this service, the payment process is executed after making a phone call between the final buyer and the TELEPOS server. In this process, a brief description of the purchase, including the title of the product / service, the merchant profile and the amount of the goods / services, is initially read to the buyer, and the user will press the button 5 when approving the precursor.

After that, the cardholder requests the card information and after payment, the payment success is announced to the buyer telephone. Also, if the payment is unsuccessful, the payment order is announced to the buyer. And similarly through the Web Server, the recipient will be notified of the success or failure of payment.

Service Architecture

The main actors of this service are:

  2. The receiver who receives the transaction amount.
  3. Telirco, which provides voice and service infrastructure to the recipients.
  4. Payment switch that checks transaction information and performs transaction.
  5. Upstream and downstream organs such as Shaparak or the Central Bank

The main advantage of this service is filling out a vacuum in the field of frequent payments, such as monthly charges, subscriptions or installments.
